At HomeFlex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns We only accept returns if: the product arrives damaged, the product is defective, or the wrong product was sent.

Return Window You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must provide photo proof of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Refunds Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case HomeFlex will cover the return shipping.
